Services
Assessment & Diagnosis
I provide comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations to help clients gain clarity about their mental health. These assessments serve as the foundation for developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs, empowering patients on their path towards healing and growth.
Individual Therapy
My mission is to provide evidence-based, scientifically supported therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—to children, teens, and adults. These approaches are highly effective in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, and a range of other emotional and behavioral challenges, helping individuals develop lasting skills for meaningful, long-term change.
Parent & Family Sessions
Parenting sessions help caregivers better understand and effectively respond to their child or adolescent’s emotional and behavioral needs. They are designed to reinforce the skills children and teens are developing in therapy, offering caregivers practical tools to support progress at home, promote consistency, and nurture a stronger parent-child bond. In addition, family therapy sessions focus on enhancing communication, resolving conflict, and fostering healthier, more connected family relationships.
Couples Therapy
By integrating the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, I help partners build trust, improve communication, deepen emotional intimacy, and navigate life’s challenges with greater understanding, respect, and collaboration. My approach supports couples in strengthening their connection, enhancing relationship satisfaction, and developing practical strategies for resolving conflict. Couples learn to communicate more openly, repair after disagreements, and foster a deeper sense of emotional safety.
